Homeowner Letter – 2019
The HOA sent this letter to all owners and residents in February of 2019.
For Sale Signs
An Owner may erect one (1) sign not exceeding two (2) feet by three (3) feet in dimension, fastened only to a stake in the ground and extending not more than three (3) feet above the surface of the ground advertising the property for sale.
Check Interior Plumbing
Interior plumbing failure can lead to serious water damage. Original units had plastic connectors for the wall-to-toilet water hose. These plastic connectors have been known to fail.
