Dog Attack Warning
Wednesday night while walking his dogs, a resident was attacked by what is believed to be a dark colored pit bull mix. This attack occurred near the big oak tree at the back entry to the neighborhood. The dog has yet to be located by authorities. Please be extra careful with pets and children and please report to Bonnie Hayes at 503.846.7041, or Hillsboro Police at 503.681.6190, if you see a dog matching that description.
Gutter Cleaning: Dec. 13 – 14, 2021
Details Image Restoration will clean the gutters on December 13 and 14, from 8am to 5pm.
Gutter Cleaning: Dec. 7 – 9, 2020
Gutter Cleaning is scheduled for Monday, December 7th through Wednesday the 9th. Please accommodate workers when necessary. It is uncertain if they will be using residents’ water or their own. We have found in the past that if they use your water and happen to use it for your neighbor it is not a significant amount. Thanks for being neighborly if that happens to you. Bluebird Drive and east Robin Circle Closed Sept. 28 & 29
Bluebird Drive and the east side of Robin Circle will be closed starting 8am Monday, September 28 (see red sections of map below) and vehicles will not be allowed until Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
It’s very important to follow road closure signs or cones blocking use during this project to protect your investment in our road. Thank you for your patience.
Road Paving to Begin Tuesday, Sept. 1
All necessary vehicles on Bluebird Drive and the east side of Robin Circle must be moved by 7am Tuesday September 1st. Park along Rood Bridge Drive. Driving access will only be allowed during phase 1 on the south and west sides of Robin Circle and can only exit through the Rood Bridge Townhouse neighborhood.

Annual Meeting – August 11, 2020
The Robin Meadows HOA annual owners meeting will be Tuesday, August 11, at 7:00pm in the central common area. Sign in will be at 6:45pm.
The main agenda item will be election to two open director positions. A short Board meeting may be held after the annual meeting to select officers.
Please bring a chair; water and soda will be provided.
Social distancing guidelines must be followed; owners are asked to keep 6-feet apart and wear a mask if spacing can’t be maintained.
Meeting is subject to cancellation if state guidance changes.

Hillsboro High Construction
HilHi has placed portable classrooms in their parking lot to facilitate renovations of their buildings, with completion scheduled for August of 2020. More information can be found in the letter dated October 11, 2019 they sent to neighboring owners.
