The HOA board will have a short meeting December 11th at 7pm, at 3076. The only agenda item is filing to comply with the Corporate Transparency Act.

The Robin Meadows HOA Annual Meeting for 2024 will be in the common area, Sunday, September 15 at 4pm – sign in at 3:45.

Owners should have received an email from Superior Community Management about a new online portal, Frontsteps.

This portal provides access to HOA documents, payment information, and other resources.

Fireworks went on sale June 23rd. Since we have a few new out of state residents, here is some guidance on what fireworks are and are not allowed.

Please note that damage to HOA property can be charged back to property owners.

The City of Hillsboro will be installing their HiLight Fiber network in our area.

The board is gathering more information and will share what they learn.

Informational HOA Board meeting is Thursday, February 8, 6:30pm on Zoom.

Information will be sent out before the meeting.

The association is researching options to address the need to replace the roofs. PONO created a scope of work, and the HOA received some bids to explore the costs and present options to the owners.
